How is Growth usage charged?
Growth costs $9.99/month plus $0.10 per non-converting chat. For orders from chat, the first order is free; orders 2–100 cost $1.50 each, 101–500 cost $1 each, and 501 onward cost $0.50 each. Each rate applies only within its tier.
What does the AI Shopping Assistant do?
It adds a friendly chat assistant to your storefront. Shoppers can describe what they're looking for in plain language, and the assistant recommends products from your catalog, helps build their cart, and guides them to checkout — all inside the chat.
Where does the chat appear on my store?
A chat bubble appears in the bottom corner of your storefront (you choose left or right). When a shopper opens it, they can start asking questions right away. You enable it from your theme editor with a single toggle — no coding required.
Does it use my real products?
Yes. The assistant only recommends products from your own store catalog, using your titles, descriptions, prices, and availability. Recommendations are based on your catalog; review the assistant on your storefront before launch.
Can I match it to my brand?
Absolutely. You can customize the colors, greeting message, assistant name, button labels, and placeholder text, and choose which corner it sits in. A live preview shows your changes before you publish.
Can I control who is allowed to chat?
Yes. You can let everyone chat, restrict it to logged-in customers with specific tags (like VIP or wholesale), or limit it to a specific allow list. You can also block specific customers, and the assistant automatically blocks visitors who repeatedly abuse the chat.
What languages does it support?
The assistant can display in multiple languages and respects each shopper's country and currency, so international customers get a local experience.
How do I know it's actually driving sales?
The analytics dashboard shows how many conversations turn into carts, checkouts, and orders, along with the revenue attributed to AI-assisted orders and a 30-day trend. You can also read full conversation transcripts to understand what shoppers want.
What is 'Bring Your Own Key'?
On the Bring Your Own Key plan you connect your own AI provider account, choose which AI model to use, and pay that provider directly for usage. The plan costs $9.99/month and includes a 14-day trial. AI provider usage is billed separately. Prefer not to manage that? The Growth plan handles the AI for you.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 50 conversations per month so you can try the assistant on your store. Paid options include Bring Your Own Key at $9.99/month and Growth at $9.99/month plus usage charges.
Will it slow down my store?
