When you install and use our Apps, we collect store information (such as your store name, URL, and contact email), customer data needed to provide the service (such as names, emails, and order history), and usage information. The Easy AI Shopping Assistant additionally processes the messages shoppers send in the chat in order to recommend products and assist with their order.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain our service, process store credit transactions, power the shopping assistant's recommendations, send notifications, provide customer support, and improve our Apps' performance. We do not sell your data.

AI Processing

The Easy AI Shopping Assistant uses third-party AI providers to understand shopper questions and generate responses. Only the information needed to answer a request is shared with the provider, and it is used to deliver the assistant's response — not to train third-party models on your data. If you connect your own AI provider key, your usage is governed by that provider's terms.

Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and regular reviews. We may share information with service providers necessary to operate the Apps (such as hosting, email delivery, and AI providers) who are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Data Retention

We retain your data while your subscription is active, plus 30 days after cancellation. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us. We also honor Shopify's data-deletion and customer-data-request webhooks.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. For EU users, we comply with GDPR. For California residents, we comply with CCPA. Contact us to exercise these rights.
